Can I use my subscription on more than one computer?
You can use Private Proxy on as many computers as you want but it will only allow one connection per Username and Password so you can only use it on one computer at a time.
How do I change my username and password?
Your username and password is tied to a third party billing company and is unchangeable. If you wish to change it, you will need to cancel your service and then sign up again with a new username and password.
How do I cancel my subscription to Private Proxy?
From within Private Proxy, there is a Manage My Account button that will take you to CCBill where you can cancel your subscription.
