CTRL-ALT-P is no longer working with the new version of the software. How do I access PrivacyView?

When accessing a movie in PrivacyView, it is very slow to start and requires me to click the movie name multiple times. Is there something wrong with my system?

I’ve downloaded and installed PrivacyView software but now I can’t find it anywhere.  Where did it go? 

Why does it sometimes seem to take awhile when I load PrivacyView software?

When I open PrivacyView software all I see are garbage files with strange file names.  Where did my private movies and private pics go? Should I trash all these files?

While using PrivacyView software, I walked away from my computer. When I returned it had turned itself off.  Why? 

What happens if there is a power failure or my system crashes while I’m using the software, are my files still secure? 

If I decide to uninstall PrivacyView software, how do I make sure I don’t lose my files? 

Why isn't PrivacyView software listed in the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel?
