How much does PrivacyView cost? How can I pay for PrivacyView?

If you purchase during the 15 day free trial, PrivacyView is only $29.95. After the 15 day free trial, PrivacyView is $39.95. You can pay for PrivacyView with Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Discover.

I want to buy PrivacyView software, how do I unlock the demo version to the full product?

The 15-day demonstration version of PrivacyView is the full-functioning version of the software.  You have access to all the features and functionality. To keep the software after the 15-day trial period, simply select Settings from the PrivacyView menu, click on the Upgrade tab and click the Purchase button to get a permanent license. The software walks you through all the steps to complete the transaction. 

What if I don't want to use a credit card? Is there an off-line purchase?

Absolutely! You can pay by check or money order in just a few easy steps. Follow the steps for off-line purchase.

Can I check the status of my off-line purchase?

Yes! Please allow 2 -weeks for your order to process. If you want to check the status of your order, please send an e-mail to support AT privacyview DOT com or call 813-377-2606 ext. 111.

Can I install PrivacyView software on multiple computers with one license?

No, PrivacyView software is licensed per computer. The activation code will only work for the computer you used to purchase the software. If you want another license, you will need to purchase a second copy.

Do I get free software upgrades and new releases?

You will get all minor releases free of charge. There will be a charge for major releases where new functionality is added to the product.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes, we will supply a refund up to 30-days after you have purchased the software if you are not satisfied.

How do I purchase multiple licenses?

You will need to purchase each license separately and send the License Information from each of the computers that you are purchasing the license for.

How do I upgrade to the latest version of PrivacyView?

From the Help - Support menu item, select Upgrade and it will go to the PrivacyView website where it will verify if there is a new release available.

I've lost the installation file. What do I do?

Simply go to the download area of the PrivacyView website and re-download the file.

Are all my credit card details secure?

Yes, we use CCBill as our credit card processor where all your information is secure.
