The software doesn't recognize my license code, what happened?
Your license is generated based on a thumbprint from different components of your computer. If something has changed on your computer, the license will stop working. For us to resolve the problem, you need to go to the Help menu item and select Send License Info. This will open an Outlook e-mail with the necessary information for us to generate a new license for your computer. Send us the e-mail with the e-mail address and your name that you used when you purchased the software.
What do I do with my license code?
You need to copy and paste your username (e-mail address) and license key from the e-mail to the License tab within the Control Panel and press the Activate License button.
What if my license code is not accepted?
Verify you entered the correct license information and that the e-mail you are entering is the one you used when purchasing the software. If this still doesn't work, we may need to generate a new license. Just press the Send License Info from the Help menu.
How do I remove PrivacyView?
From within PrivacyView, go to the Help - Support menu and select Uninstall. Make sure you have copied all your private movies and private pictures from the software before you uninstall because PrivacyView will delete these files.
